Select the products you would like to order, calculate the appropriate shipping charge (listed on the order form), and (only if you live in Florida) add sales tax. Be sure you complete all of the customer information and shipping address. (no PO Boxes for UPS delivery). Mail the order form and your payment to the address listed on the order form. We accept credit card, personal check, money order, and cashier's check payments by mail. We ship the same day we receive your mail order. If you include your email address on the order form, we will send you notification of the shipment, along with the UPS tracking number for the package! C.O.D. Orders PharmacyTrainer accepts C.O.D. orders from qualified purchasers when shipping is done via United Parcel Service (UPS). Customers must be present when the package is delivered, and payment must be made by money order or cashier's check ONLY. UPS WILL NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS ON C.O.D. DELIVERIES.
